The function of paper machine:

　　The pulp that meets the requirements of paper making after beating and modulation can be made into a machine with certain dryness and quality by using complex mechanical parts.

　　Paper machine includes all equipment from pulp conveying (headbox, feeding main pipe) to paper reeling machine.

　　Function: Delivery of slurry and uniform distribution of slurry.

　　(2) Forming part

　　Function: Wet paper forming and dehydration.

　　Including: chest roll, forming plate, case plate, case roll, vacuum suction tank, volt roll, calibration device, net cleaning device, etc.

　　(3) Pressing Department

　　Function: Paper dehydration, moderate improvement of paper quality.

　　Including: paper introduction roll, press roll, tension roll, etc.

If the form is different, the structure is different. Thus, different kinds of paper machines are formed.

　　In engineering practice, paper machines are often classified on the basis of the formal structural characteristics of the forming part and the drying cadres.

　　There are two or three classifications of paper machines.

　　The second level is classified according to the special configuration of papermaking machines in the same basic form, such as newsprint machines, cultural paper machines, etc.

　　The third level is classified according to the speed of the car.
